WORKING GROUPS & PUBLIC AFFAIRS

Our working groups allow experts from member organizations to collaborate on key industry challenges. Public Affairs focus on political relations.

PUBLIC AFFAIRS TASK FORCE

To ensure that the voice of the European nursery sector is heard at the highest political levels, ENA has established a dedicated Public Affairs Task Force. The primary goal of this task force is to build deeper knowledge, awareness, and understanding within European politics of the strategic value of the nurserystock industry.

This political engagement is more critical than ever. The nursery sector provides the essential “living green infrastructure” required to meet Europe’s ambitious climate adaptation and biodiversity targets, yet our growers are too often overlooked in EU policy and funding frameworks. By bridging the gap between our fields and Brussels, the task force ensures that policymakers recognise nurseries not just as traditional agriculture, but as a crucial, innovative partner in growing a resilient and sustainable Europe.

The work of the Public Affairs Task Force is made possible by the support of:
